Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Your Clemente Olive Oil order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders should arrive within 3-5 days however please allow a little extra shipping time for delivery to regional areas.

For Domestic and International orders over $95 AUD you will qualify for standard free shipping. For all other orders under $95 AUD you will incur in an automatically calculated delivery charge for standard and express shipping. We use Shippit a multi-carrier shipping software that automatically allocates the cheapest shipping option for your order.

You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order until it reaches your kitchen.

Orders are processed as soon as possible, so if you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@olioclemente.com.au immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. Please check returns and exchanges for information about sending products you’ve ordered back to us.
